Mary Ann, of course you are not being dumb. Excellent question! Unfortunately, no- we do not have online ordering at this time. In general, we’re trying to stay out of the shipping game; however, we have, from time to time, shipped special order items for our customers who are in the shop. Drop in or call anytime!
I am planning on a French theme for my wife’s birthday dinner and I would like to know if you can recommend a 7 course dinner menu and would you have everything I need at your store.
That is an ambitious project! We have many fantastic French ingredients in the shop- both to help you cook up a French meal, or items such as cheese, wine, and olives that accompany a French table. I would definitely have some ideas for planning a course of French dishes, and I’d probably recommend dropping by the shop to check out what we have and discuss ideas. Thanks!
Right now I have two brands of raspberry vinegar in stock: Roland Raspberry Red Wine Vinegar, and A L’Olivier Raspberry Vinegar (made primarily with raspberry pulp). I do not have the Pommery brand in raspberry, but I do carry their Red Wine Vinegar and Sherry Vinegar. Thanks for your inquiry!
Thanks for your inquiry! We carry classic dijon and whole grain style from Maille, but not the trois herbes vertes. I’ll check with our sources, but I haven’t seen that flavor available for import. We’ll let you know if we track any down. We DO have several herb-infused dijon mustards, including basil dijon, provence herb dijon, and tarragon dijon (which is a delightful green color), from both Edmond Fallot and Beaufor.
I have purchased a Graupera ceramic pan and have used it a couple of time with great success. The last time I used it I cooked fish and I washed it in the dishwasher but when I put it away after leaving it for a day in the open it has developed a mould on the unglazed part – can you give me a hint on how I should care for the pan.
This can happen, as these graupera ceramics are meant to retain a little moisture. We recommend just washing it again with soap and water (if you’re concerned about the mold, you could use a bit of vinegar solution as a food-friendly disinfectant). Make sure to let it dry on a counter, placed so that it can have plenty of air to circulate around it. Hope this helps!
I bought some of your wonderful Brei but now cannot find it on your web page. I’m 100 miles from you and will drive back to egt more but, could you tell me something about your brie ?
While we always stock brie, we sometimes switch around with different brands. Lately, it’s been Brie de Nangis from Rouzaire. Unfortunately, we don’t have any items for sell on our website- cheese stock changes too often. Next time you’re in town, email or call ahead, and we’ll let you know what brie is in the case at the moment!
We have not found an importer for Suze! We’d love to try it, too. However, we’re big fans of aperitifs; right now we carry Dolin vermouths, Bonal, Lillet Blanc and Rouge, and we’re looking into carrying Cocchi Americano. Hope you’ll drop by!
Hello – Do you happen to carry a Raclette? Just curious, I am getting ready to purchase one and thought I would check with you before so I may have more selections to choose from. I may stop in your store this weekend to check it out as I have not been there yet.
We definitely tend to keep a Raclette in stock. Most recently we’ve been stocking a brand from France called Mon Sire. I’d recommend calling ahead if you’re wanting to buy Raclette–sometimes we run out, sometimes a shipment gets delayed. Thanks, we hope to see you soon!
Bob, we don’t normally ship cheese from the Paris Grocery, but we’re willing to make an exception for you. We’ll wrap it in bubble-wrap and put some ice-packs in it. Give us a call to set it up, as we’ll need shipping and billing information from you, but sure, we’ll do it!
um, am i being really dumb, or do you not yet do mail-order online?

Do you carry Pommery rasberry vinegar? If not can you suggest a source in Seattle?

Do you carry this mustard, Maille Moutarde 3 Herbes Vertes (green)?
Thanks

Looking to purchase a case or two of Roucas Toumba, Vacqueyras, 2007, if you have any in stock.
Merci,
Marc
Hi Mark,
We should be able to special order that for you, provided the distributor has enough in stock. We’ll be in touch through email soon!
Hello Do you carry Suze Apertif?
Thanks!

Any chance that you have reconsidered shipping cheese by post.
The weather is so nice and I don’t live near you anymore.
